    What We're All About

Back to Balance Counseling is a values-based practice that is committed to providing superior service to our clients.

As a practice, we value integrity, courage, respect, and transparency because we believe that these qualities are essential for successful relationships.

We really like to have fun with our clients, too. At the end of the day, you gotta like your therapist!

You’re not going to hear a bunch of clinical jargon or a constant loop of “so how does that make you feel?” when you work with us. We want our clients to eventually become their own therapists!

We’re committed to providing a space for our clients that not only supports comfort but one that also promotes growth and clarity.  We currently specialize in working with adults and teens with various anxiety disorders, relationship distress, body image issues, depression, issues related to life transitions, and perinatal mental health.

“I promise we won’t sit there in silence and stare at you!”  ~Megan Cannon, Owner
