Insurance

Back to Balance Counseling, LLC is a Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Provider and a Blue Cross Blue Shield Choice PPO Provider. If you have another insurance carrier, you can usually receive out of network benefits.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO

We are not in network with HMO plans.  If you choose to work with us, we will collect the full fee for each session, and provide you with what is called a super bill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Out of Network Insurance

As stated above, were are only in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. If you carry another insurance and wish to work with us, we will collect the full fee for each session, and provide you with what is called a super bill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

Payment

We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
